We offer two convenient ways to receive your new bundle of joy:
1. Via DHL Air EXPRESS (Most Popular)
The DHL Air Express option allows you to pick up your monkey at the international airport closest to you. While flights with multiple stops can be arranged, we recommend direct flights to minimize stress and fatigue on your monkey.
Safe & Comfortable: The cargo area designated for monkey is air-conditioned and secure, ensuring a comfortable journey for your monkey.
Proven Track Record: For years, we’ve worked with trusted air cargo services and have had no incidents—all monkeys have been delivered safely and promptly.
Booking & Confirmation: Once payments are finalized, the flight will be booked, and a cargo agent will contact you to confirm the flight details, including the date and time of your monkey’s arrival.
Pickup: Simply pick up your monkey from the airport upon arrival.
Timeline: Customers generally receive their monkey within 2–4 days after the payment is finalized.
2. Personal Delivery (Nanny Service)
With the Nanny Service, an experienced pet transporter will accompany your monkey in the airplane cabin for the entire journey.
Hand Delivery: The nanny will personally deliver the monkey to your nearest airport and hand the monkey to you in the arrival area.
Stay Updated: The nanny will keep in touch throughout the journey and inform you of any updates.
Additional Costs: This service involves extra charges, which vary based on the destination. Please note that delays may occur due to airline cancellations beyond our control.
Why Does Delivery Take 2–4 days ?
We prioritize the health and safety of every monkey, which requires the following steps:
A final vet check to ensure the monkey is fit for travel.
Completion of the booking process, which can take up to a 4days.
Note: Primate Monkey Home Deserves the right to delay the delivery if it compromises the Monkey’s health.
